Rental Clients should complete the Maintenance Request for routine repairs within their units. Generally Rental Clients are responsible for light bulb changes, furnace filter changes, etc.
Condominium Owners (and residents of owners renting unit on their own) are responsible for repairs and replacements within their own units. Repairs and replacements involving electrical, plumbing and heating, solid surface flooring, structural elements may only be undertaken following prior approval by your property manager. Please contact your manager for the appropriate Renovation Application form.
